    Billing will be conducted on a daily/weekly/monthly basis, depending on the agreed-upon schedule. An invoice will be sent to the client's provided email address or mailing address.

  • Accepted Payment Methods

    We accept payments through Mobile money transfer and bank transfers. Please ensure that payments are made using the provided instructions to facilitate accurate processing.

  • Late Payment

    Late payments will be subject to a late fee of 20% of the outstanding balance for every 30 days that the payment remains overdue. This fee is intended to cover administrative costs associated with processing late payments.

  • Disputed Charges

    If you believe there is an error or discrepancy in your invoice, please notify us within 48 hours after receiving the invoice. We will review the matter and make any necessary adjustments to rectify the issue.

  • Collections

    In the event of extended non-payment or unresolved disputes, Macel Care Limited reserves the right to engage collections agencies or legal avenues to recover outstanding amounts. Any associated costs incurred will be the responsibility of the client.

  • Refunds and Cancellations

    Refund policies vary depending on the nature of the services provided. Cancellations of scheduled services must be made within 48 hours after scheduling your preferred service to avoid charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to our refund policy.

  • Changes to Payment Terms

    Macel Care Limited reserves the right to modify or update these payment terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to clients in advance and will apply to future invoices.
